Montreal & McGill

McGill, the host institute for Political Networks 2014, is situated in a central and picturesque location between Montreal's downtown core and Mont Royal, the mountain from which the city derives its name. Consistently ranked as one of the top universities in the world, McGill is both an active academic hub and a focal point for the greater Montreal community.

Montreal is one of North America's most diverse cities. Located in the Canadian province of Quebec, French is the predominant language, though English is also spoken throughout much of the city.
